Responsible Research and Innovation (RRI) is one of the many means employed by IIUM for it to reach the noble aims of KHAIR. It is part of the University’s collective effort to articulate clear aims for all of its R&D undertakings and to steer all University activities in the right direction. This RRI book intends to serve as one of the primary references on R&D for IIUM academics. The book aims to help IIUM academics engage in meaningful and impactful R&D, which can contribute quantitatively and qualitatively to the University’s advancement as an institution of higher learning and scholarship. With the explicit guidelines provided herein, it is hoped that more IIUM academics would conduct and participate in high-impact research and innovation activities at the University.
