Crowd funding has become an enticing alternative for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to raise funds for growth and expansion. SMEs can now choose between donation, rewards, equity, or lending types of crowdfunding to suit their funding purposes and commitments. This book provides a framework for assessing the preference for equity crowdfunding from the investor’s perspective in Malaysia.
